SUMARRY EXHIBITION OF INDONESIA TRANSPORTATION 2015

EXPO TRANSPORTATION DAY TWO


Indonesian Transport Exhibition activity in 2015 which was held in Jakarta Convention Center SMESCO building that today 17 September 2015 held a discussion forum entitled, "Perkuat Keselamatan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Transportasi Publik". With several speakers including:

1.      BASARNAS
Speaker : KHB Soelistiyo
In according to UU No.29/2014 about shipwreck rescue plan, the Country has the responsibility to maintain and protect the whole Indonesia, and according to UU No.17/2008 about shipping, in public transport services.
Indonesian state is part of the international transport passing through, by that because we see that by legally we adhere to the IMO (International Maritime Organization) in our own country we already have on shipping and coverage of aviation.
Then BASARNAS tasks according to the provisions of UU No. 9/2014 where BASARNAS task against search and help, included accident, disaster, and endanger human condition.

2.      CITILINK

PT Citilink Indonesia is a subsidiary of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk (GIAA). PT Citilink Indonesia continues to improve its service to the public, one of them about the flight punctuality or On-Time Performance (OTP). Targeted, OTP will be increased to 90% from the current has reached 84%. Aviation citilink has two main important thing is the safety and service. Therefore we must keep both in terms of price, service, and security.

Rail is an important mode of transportation. Therefore the role of the Government in improving safety and quality of railway services in Indonesia (PerKAI).

4.      Korlantas Polri
Speaker : Kombes Unggul Setiawan
Government policy in the field of transport by the Ministry of Transport (MoT) will be focused on the issue of improvement of "safety, security, and service", will be effective if backed up with full awareness of the national transportation industry.
This opportunity is submitted that the national police Korlantas improving the quality of human resources through online. So people could extend the sim from anywhere without the need to be from the place of origin. Korlantas polri improve exam sim manufacture. Summary of Indonesia Transport, Supply Chain and Logistics (ITSCL) 2015


Indonesia Transport, Supply Chain and Logistics is a 3 day event being held from 7th October to the 9th October 2015 in Jakarta International Expo, Kemayoran, Jakara Center, Indonesia. Indonesia Transport, Supply Chain and Logistics (ITSCL) 2015 is Indonesia’s only dedicated transport and logistics exhibition for products and services dedicated to the physical distribution of goods, supply chain and material handling. It aims to be a key partner of the industry by bringing government, international and domestic participants of the complete transport and supply chain industry all together in one place. The trade show provides opportunities to present products and solutions, share experiences and network, under the common goal of seeking the right solutions to increase efficiency and reduce the cost of transport and logistics.
Together, both IME and ITSCL expect over 320 exhibiting domestic and foreign companies and 9,500 visitors to attended this event. Including companies that follow the exhibition, namely :

In this exhibition the companies showing new innovations in the field of transport logistics in order to deal with the agenda of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015, such as PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics (APLog) as a subsidiary of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) also took part in the event International Transport, Supply Chain & Logistics 2015 (ITSCL), its business lines include (but are not limited to) air cargo terminal, warehousing, logistics leads, delivery and management of customs services, with emphasis to the development of eastern Indonesia. And another company as a GO – JEK, in October 2015 GO – JEK announces a brand new service called GO – BOX, a service tahat allows customer to order pickups, trucks, and minivans on-demand. GO-BOX partners with a group of experienced and trustworthy truck delivers and also logistic and trucking companies to deliver a convenience logistic service for Indonesians.

In my opinion, with the exhibition and follow it, I get knowledge become more widely about the logistic. And when I visited the exhibition, I realize  that logistic word are widely and very important for country.

Definisi Transportasi
Perpindahan manusia, hewan, ataupun barang dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya dengan menggunakan kendaraan yang digerakan oleh manusia atau mesin.
Unsur – Unsur Dasar Transportasi:
  1. Manusia, yang membutuhkan transportasi
  2. Barang, yang diperlukan manusia
  3. Kendaraan, sebagai sarana transportasi
  4. Jalan, sebagai prasarana transportasi
  5. Organisasi, yang megatur transportasi
Definisi Transportasi
Transportasi darat adalah segala macam bentuk perpindahan barang atau manusia dari suatu tempat ke tempat lainnya dengan menggunakan suatu moda transportasi yang digerakan manusia yang didukung infrastruktur jalan (jalan raya ataupun rel)
Transportasi Darat Di Pilih Didasari Faktor-Faktor:

Tujuan Utama Transportasi Darat :
  • Mempermudah masyarakat dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya.
  • Dapat memindahkan fisik barang dengan cara yang handal dan aman, tepat waktu, biaya yang efektif dan efisien ke tempat yang dituju.

Kelebihan Transportasi Darat :
  • fleksibel dalam hal pelayanan karena sangat mungkin untuk menggubah haluan/ tujuan
  •  Pencapaian langsung ke tempat tujuan
  • Dapat mengangkut ukuran barang yang besar
  • Membantu dalam menyiapkan berbagai fasilitas dan kemudahan (helping vourius facilities and service)

Prasarana  adalah fasilitas penunjang atau pendukung dalam suatu proses. Prasarana transportasi darat, meliputi:

  1. Area Traffic Control System (ATCL)
Adalah pengendalian  lalu lintas dengan menyelaraskan waktu lampu merah pada jaringan jalan raya.

Kesimpulannya :
Transportasi darat adalah transportasi yang paling dominan dipakai dalam aktivitas sehari hari yang mencapai 60% pengunaanya. Transportasi darat dalam melakukan kegiatan distibusi dapat dilakukan dengan cara “Door to Door” sehingga menjadi lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan transportasi lainnya.

WORKSHOP OF SOP AND KAK NATIONAL CLUSTER LOGISTICS AND EQUIPMENT



Logistics Cluster is a set of good organization of the public, government (TNI, Police, BASARNAS, BNPB) and business (logistics and disaster equipment) that work together to improve the response of logistics in emergency status.

BNPB Head in Regulation No: 10 of 2012 on the Management of Logistic Assistance in Emergency Disaster Status, Logistics Cluster aims:
  • Establish coordination and collaboration of community,
  • government and business to the readiness and availability of logistics,
  • improve logistics response to the emergency situation status,
  • identify gaps,
  • barriers  and duplication in the field of disaster relief logistics.
While in their duties:
  • collect,
  • analyze and disseminate information about logistics,
  • prepare and develop a plan of operation in the field of logistics, 
  • provide advice and technical assistance,
  • provide the facilities and the mobilization of the necessary logistics and coordinate the community,
  • government and business in the field of disaster management.

In the making of terms of reference (KAK) of the logistics cluster, it can be concluded needed :
  • rapid assessment or IT in logistics
  • establish communication networks between clusters,
  • establish coordination among the cluster of communication

Advantage of HFI:
  • Coordination routine that is already built trust
  •  Already know each other of accountability
  • Recognize the potential of each institution so that collaboration can be done quickly

E -commerce is a way to shop or trade online, or selling that utilize the internet which fasilita against websites that can provide services Gerand deliver. These business transactions occur either business-to-business, business-to-consumer, consumer-to-consumer or consumer-to-business.

Advantages of Onlie Shopping, such as:
  1. Faster buying/ selling procedure, as well as easy to find products.
  2. Buying/ selling 24/7. Which means you can shop for any time you want to.
  3. More reach to customers, there is no theoretical geographic limitations
  4. Low operational cost and better quality of services
  5. Customers can easily select products from different providers without moving around physically.

Disadvantages of Online Shopping, such as:
  1.  Any one, good or bad, can easily start a business. And there are many bad sites which eat up customers’ money.
  2. There is no guarantee of product quality
  3. Mechaanical failures can cause unpredictable effects the total processes.
E-commerce challenges in Indonesia:

Only 40% population in Indonesia has bank accounts and only 4.5% of Indonesia’s population have a credit card. As we know now about COD system, it helps Indonesian which doesn't have both of payment service that already able before.

E-commerce goals:
  1. On Time Delivery. Every costumers want that service. They even expected like a flash delivery.
  2. No Damage. Right package is everything.
  3. No Missing. Which costumers expect for that??!
  4. Tracking by. All of us definitely want to be able tracking our orders.
  5. Delivery miles update. Costumers are so freaking out.
  6. Inventory accuracy. Because basically we sell things and we have to get something like profit.
  7.  Fifo. Systematic of classification that depends on expired date or needed.
  8. IT integrated. Technology and system are so important.
  9. High Productivity. Always developing, always bring something new.

In the second conversation Mr. Hadi explained about e-commerce. The e-commerce market potential of Indonesia is very large. Currently, there are about 70 million active internet users in Indonesia, but the usual 20 million new online shopping. Still there are 50 million potential market untapped.
