As I know in General Discussion, Mr. Gatot as a speaker talking about how to distribution strategy of PT. Semen Indonesia to distribute they product to all Nusantara. And there are four out line that the speaker explain to us, namely :

Semen Geresik, PT Semen Tonasa, and Thang Long Cement Joint stock Company.
- Distribution
Mr. Gatot told
to us, that how to distribute this cement in company with the specific way. Of course,
this purpose with the cheap cost till to consumer.
Cement has two classification
in distribution, such as :
a.
In bulk form
In bulk form, enter to packing plant, and than enter
to warehouse distributor in bag for, and enter to the building shop.
b.
In the form of Bag
In the form of bag, enter to warehouse distributor and
then to the building shop.
And there are some kind of bag form, such as:

Until 1 ton, depend on wearer
